Board of Directors
The NRC Board of Directors is composed of two senior firm directors, one junior firm director, one global firm director, media relations director, publicity director, videography director, human resources director, diversity, equity, and inclusion director, and programming director. Working closely together, the team practices impressive managerial skills that empower leadership and community throughout the firm as a whole. Each role plays a vital part in the growth, education and functionality of all of the firm's members. Positions are application based.
Firm Directors
The Firm Directors oversee the daily operations of NRC and guide the organization’s overall success. They serve as the primary point of contact for potential, current, and past clients, while also fostering collaboration within internal and client teams. As leaders, they ensure that projects run smoothly, clients feel supported, and the firm continues to grow and thrive. Firm Directors are typically senior communication majors who have demonstrated leadership, professionalism, and a strong commitment to advancing NRC’s mission and impact.
