Executive Board
The NRC executive board is composed of two senior firm directors, one junior firm director, one global firm director, media relations director, social media director, videography director, creative director, public relations director, talent acquisition director, diversity, equity, and inclusion director, and events coordinator. Working closely together, the team practices impressive managerial skills that empower leadership and community throughout the firm as a whole. Each role plays a vital part in the growth, education and functionality of all of the firm's members. Positions are application based.
Firm Directors
The firm directors of NRC manage all daily tasks across the organization. The role consists of communicating with potential, current and past clients, maintaining internal teams, organizing client teams and leading the firm in every other respect. Firm directors are generally senior communication majors that have, through their time in NRC, made a significant contribution to the growth and achievements of the firm.
NRC Global
Firm Director
NRC Global is an initiative that aims to bring Marist's emphasis on community service to our Florence, Italy campus, in accordance with NRC's mission statement of doing, helping, and learning. While studying abroad in Paris, Global Firm Director, Alice Tirakian, continues to carry out international client work. NRC's global branch has made NRC the first student-run IMC firm in the United States with an international component. This allows members of NRC to continue working for the firm while studying abroad and gaining international hands-on experience.
